I believe that some container clients can not wait to know the skills if their products were broken too much on delivering. Actually, many suppliers don’t care about it or be not professional on loading.it means that you have to learn yourselves to protect your current container or future containers. Isn’t it?
Yesterday YL Inflatables Loaded a 40’HQ successfully within 3 hours, as Just like the container about one year ago. But easier because the God smiles to us (fine day)
Let me use it for an example to share the skills below :
Skill 1: Carton products load in the innermost of container
As we know there are hundreds of inflatable with carton or PVC bag packing when order, carton inner most will be as possible as to protect it getting wet
Skill 2: light products load on the top side
We have to be as possible as we can to load the goods from down most to topside in order: weight --light --lighter. This skill could avoid the goods pressing as possible as it can.
Skill 3: little packages load on the topside gap
We need to use the top side gap space they could use for little goods if you have the full container, I am sure you don't want to pay the next shipping cost for the rest goods.
Skill 4: the heaviest and biggest goods load in the outermost of container
Why? Do you think that if moving a 500KG goods out from outermost or innermost, which one you prefer to?
Hope above skills can help you something in future. Anyway, it helps me to load a 40’HQ container better and easier. It is very important for our client as the container value about 150,000 USD, YL will always do the best from all sides. Don’t believe the value, see it below :
